Social Distance BBQ with a Friend -- Pork Chops,Corn and Pineapple 

Just Pork Chops, Corn and Pineapple

Nothing fancy.  I had a friend over for a Covid, social distance BBQ in my backyard.  He brought his own silverware.  I served his food on a paper plate.  He disposed of all his trah when we were done. 

I hung the corn and pineapple and put most of the pork chops on grates.  I did hang 1 or 2 chops that didn't fit on the grates.  The Grated ones finished first and had grill marks.  I think they tatsed better then the hung ones.  I think because we eat with our eyes first the  appearance of the grill marks may have had something to do with that.
