1. Grill the burger. I used Pre made patties from costco, with brisket,short Loin and chuck blend
The Burgers are seasoned with this over the counter SPG Rub. (Salt,Pepper,Garlic)
Step 6 add top layer of Cheese.
Step 2 Gather and heat the toppings.sides. I used leftover, mac and cheese and pulled pork, with 2 slices of colby jack cheese (reduced fat cheese I might add). I also used a store bought Alabama white BBQ sauce.
The secret sauce, Alabama white BBQ Sauce from sugarfire a local BBQ Joint. I have used this sauce on burgers, chicken, and pork so far.
Step 3 and 4 and 5 Place burger on cheese, add pulled pork on burger, top with Alabama white BBQ Sauce.
Step 7 top with other 1/2 of bun
