My 2nd PBC Cook -Baby Back Ribs, Filet Minion.  Peaches, Corn  and Plantains

I made dry Rubbed Baby Back Ribs, Filet Minion.  peaches, corn 
and plantains,


Two Filet were pulled at 133 and the rest were pulled about 140. 
I seasoned with Salt, Pepper Garlic.  They were so good!

The peaches were prepared in tinfoil with brown sugar and butter.  They Tasted like a crustless peach pie.


The Plantains were seasoned with brown sugar.  The riper one came out great the unripe one could have been cooked more.



The Corn was great.


The Ribs were well the best I ever cooked
