Lobster Tails

As of 9/17/2020 I haven't cooked this on my PCB yet, but I will as soon as I catch a sale on Lobster.
At the end of this blog post is a recipe I used as a guideline that has enabled me to successfully cook lobster on at at least 2 other grills




The Key to cooking lobster is to watch to make sure the Internal Temp of the lobster meat does not go above 140.

As pictured above  cut the shell and pull out the lobster meat as pictured above.  You want to split the shell and leave the meat attached.  I am very clumsy so if I can do it anyone can.  I then spread a garlic butter on the meat.  



This was done on my previous grill and I always cook steaks and fruits and vegetables with my tails. 



I must have been real hungry to eat all of that.
